My daughter went in for service and the Spanish lady at the front desk have horrible customer service and was raising her voice and over talk us. If you are sick please do not go here because you will not have great service.

I was very impressed with Family Urgent Care Clinic!Being that it was New Year's Day and one of the only clinics open, I was pleasantly surprised to have found this clinic.Maria, nurse and receptionist, greeted me immediately in a very friendly manner. I did not have to wait long before she brought me into an examining room and took my vitals and history.Quite soon after she left the room, Bilal Elhouchi, Nurse Practioner, entered the room and listened fully to my reason for being there. He was very polite and answered all my questions fully. He explained everything he was doing while examining me with a kind bedside manner. I left the office completely satisfied with my experience. I highly recommend Family Urgent Care Clinic to anyone looking for a clean and friendly walk-in clinic!

I showed up as soon as they opened. I was the first one there. I still waited over an hour because the PA decided not not show up. No doctors on staff. They dont tell you this for whatever reason. They had only one person working and that was the receptionist. Super unprofessional but this is par for the course for Missouri City. Sad that quality healthcare is nonexistent here.Update: No medical staff showed up . Thr front desk person seemed amused and kept lying and saying that someone will arrive in 30 minutes. She had been saying this for 2 hours! I left the facility and went to a neighboring clinic. I tested positive for Covid and got the treatment from a doctor. Avoid this place at all costs.

Substandard medical care; They didn't disclose their own policy limitations for treatment outcomes prior to payment and way before service was rendered. I will no longer use their services given the low quality of patient services professionalism."We strive to provide high-quality care and clear communication about our policies for all patients." <-- Apparently not."Feedback is important to us, and we continuously work to improve our services and professionalism." <-- we shall see. the feable response to my post would be CYA in my opinion.
